Check in time is 2:00 PM check out time till 11:00AM.

 Early check in and late check out are based on availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Early departure and/or partial use of the units will not entitle guests for a refund.

Tenants are responsible for the furniture and appliances in the apartment, and for its condition.
 
Tenants will be charged for damages made in their room.

Full payment is completed upon check in unless other arrangments were made in advance.

A credit card authorization on file is required. Valid ID is required at check in.

Daily maid service is not available on Saturdays and holidays.

Tenants are responsible for their cars and any damage made in the parking area.

Tenants are required to limit noise and to be considerate to other guests.

Cancellation policy:

Reservations cancelled 14 days and up prior to arrival date will incur a 400 NIS cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 7 to 13 days prior to arrival date will incur a 800 NIS cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled up to 6 or less days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the reservations value.
